The Group has expanded its publishing brands to a wider scope, encompassing Hypebeast and its multiple content distribution platforms, creative agency Hypemaker, and e-commerce and retail platform HBX.&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Lead generation and amplification of existing accounts, in order to achieve individual as well as business objectives.</li><li>Defining and developing new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.</li><li>Understand client’s requirements, brief the creative teams and pitch creative marketing strategies to clients.</li><li>Selling online &amp; traditional advertising spaces across all of Hypebeast’s media properties.</li><li>Managing advertising campaigns, building proposals and customizing ideas for clients.</li><li>Working closely with the creative, and editorial team to successfully manage and execute advertising campaigns from beginning to end.</li><li>Proactively research and update yourself on new online marketing (sales) trends and ideas.</li><li>Analyzing campaigns and communicating with Sales and Marketing counterparts on delivering client objectives.</li><li>Scheduling campaigns into internal systems, resolving conflicts and meeting production deadlines.</li><li>Prepare and keep sales support files up to date – sales pipeline, brand partnership proposals</li><li>Effective communication with the Partnerships team on new business and opportunities and actively participating at the weekly meetings.</li><li>Achieve individual sales and business targets.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Requirements:</b><ul><li>4+ years of&nbsp; experience in advertising, account servicing, and relevant work experience, highly preferred in creative agency &amp; media.</li><li>Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written).</li><li>Individuals who possess an active clientele in the fashion &amp; retail industry are an advantage.</li><li>A good presenter to introduce complex web advertising ideas to clients.</li><li>Strong negotiation &amp; PR skills.</li><li>Experience of successful project management and relationships made with high-level clients.</li><li>A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset.</li><li>Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Internet savvy must.</li><li>Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<p>If you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your cover letter, CV, and expected salary.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><b>This position is based and located in Seoul.
