Our team is designing a flight critical, custom avionics system to support communications, compute, AI, power, telemetry, and all other needed aircraft systems.   An Avionics Technician/Specialist supports the entire Avionics team and other cross-functional teams. It is an essential role spanning design, verification, procurement, manufacturing, and test. You will work specifically with the Electrical Engineering team as they design and verify all X-BAT electrical systems and circuit boards.\n Required qualifications:<ul> <li>3+ years working in an electrical engineering lab or equivalent</li> <li>Experience performing benchtop testing with basic EE equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, electronic load, thermal chamber, etc.)</li> <li>Can design basic test fixtures</li> <li>May be able to design basic wire harnesses or simple circuit boards</li> <li>Able to rework circuit boards down to at least 0402 parts</li> <li>Proficiency reading and interpreting schematics</li> <li>Experience working on multidisciplinary hardware development projects, which can be from an internship, job, club, team, personal project, etc… </li> <li>Demonstrated history of showing ownership of project outcomes and delivering exceptional results</li> <li>Record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others</li> </ul> \n<div>$36 - $54 an hour</div>\n#LI-JM2 #LD Full-time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity Temporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment) Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
