WeRide has operated a self-driving fleet for more than 2,200 days.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work onsite at <a rel="noopener noreferrer" class="postings-link" href="http://Weride.ai">Weride.ai</a>. </p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>What you will do:</b><ul><li>Support HR operation and recruiting work</li><li>Perform end to end recruitment administrative support: candidates sourcing, resume screenings, new hire paperwork, etc.</li><li>Support other areas of HR such as Benefits, Employee Relations, and immigration</li><li>Support and coordinate company activities and events</li><li>Manage confidential information in a discrete way</li><li>Perform other duties as necessary</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Requirements:</b><ul><li>At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field</li><li>Human resources, administrative, and/or coordinating experience preferred</li><li>Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, &amp; Excel)</li><li>Experience with applicant tracking system (Lever) considered a plus</li><li>Strong people skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals</li><li>Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills</li><li>High level of energy, drive, initiative, and commitment</li><li>Able to work onsite 40 hours per week</li><li>Mandarin speaking is preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$20 - $30 an hour</div>\n<p><a class="postings-link" href="http://weride.ai/">WeRide.ai</a>&nbsp;offers competitive salary depending on the experience.
