The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing key partners across the travel ecosystem to drive growth, improve customer experience, and unlock new revenue opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p>A key component of this role (~10%) will be managing and strengthening the relationship with IRCTC at a managerial level, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment on railway-related initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Partnership Development &amp; Management-</p><p>● Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across the travel vertical.</p><p>● Drive commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and contract finalization with partners.</p><p>● Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive mutual growth.</p><p>● Track partner performance and optimize for revenue, conversion, and customer experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Business Growth &amp; Strategy-</p><p>● Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to launch and scale partner-led initiatives.</p><p>● Identify new revenue streams and co-branded opportunities with partners.</p><p>● Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to inform strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>IRCTC Relationship Management (10%)-</p><p>● Act as a point of contact for IRCTC at a working/manager level.</p><p>● Ensure smooth operational coordination and issue resolution for railway ticketing integrations.</p><p>● Support compliance, reporting, and communication requirements with IRCTC.</p><p>● Collaborate internally to align product and tech changes with IRCTC guidelines.</p><p><br></p><p>Cross-functional Collaboration-</p><p>● Coordinate with product and tech teams for partner integrations and enhancements.</p><p>● Work with marketing teams on joint campaigns and promotions.</p><p>● Partner with finance and legal teams for commercials, invoicing, and contracts.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</p><p><br></p><p>● 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.</p><p>● Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>● Experience working with large external partners or government-linked entities is a plus.</p><p>● Understanding the travel ecosystem is preferred.</p><p>● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Skills:</p><p><br></p><p>● Relationship management &amp; stakeholder engagement.</p><p>● Commercial acumen and negotiation.</p><p>● Analytical thinking and problem-solving.</p><p>● Strong communication and coordination skills.</p><p>● Execution-driven with attention to detail.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><p></p>\n
