Our work is informed by research, powered by advocacy, and conducted with compassion and respect.    PPLM operates four health centers across the state and provides care through telehealth services. We are a proud affiliate of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, part of a network of more than 600 health centers across the country committed to providing equitable, patient-centered care. \n What You'll Do <ul> <li>As an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC), you’ll join a dedicated and skilled team providing inclusive, high-quality sexual and reproductive health services. You will: </li> <li>Provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care, including contraception, STI care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, abortion care, and preventive services</li> <li>Conduct patient exams, procedures, and obtain informed consent</li> <li>Interpret lab data, prescribe treatments, and ensure follow-up care</li> <li>Offer medication abortion services and, depending on clinic needs, perform ultrasound, colposcopy, biopsies, and potentially LEEP</li> <li>Conduct preconception and menopause counseling</li> <li>Educate patients and supervise unlicensed staff during sessions</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation and participate in clinical audits</li> </ul> <div>At PPLM, APCs are critical team members who help shape our clinical environments and foster a strong culture of teamwork, learning, and excellence. </div> <div> </div> Qualifications <ul> <li>2+ years of clinical experience preferred </li> <li>Master’s or Doctorate degree and current MA licensure as NP, CNM, or PA; CPR certified </li> <li>Strong commitment to providing the full range of sexual and reproductive health care; prior experience welcomed but not required </li> <li>Proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese highly preferred </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to health equity </li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to stay active throughout shifts </li> </ul> Why Work With Us <ul> <li>Inclusive Workforce: We’re actively building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. </li> <li>Leadership Opportunities: We believe in mentorship, professional growth, and supporting underrepresented clinicians in advancing their careers. </li> <li>Impact-Driven Culture: Be part of a mission-centered team that’s reshaping health care from the inside out. </li> </ul> \n<div>$53 - $55 an hour</div><div>Note: Compensation and union affiliation may vary based on experience. </div> <div>PPLM offers a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a supportive, team-oriented culture.</div>\nCommitment to Equity  PPLM is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and an equal opportunity employer that values diversity, equity, and belonging.
