You will inspire the design team, supporting the entire creative process from initial concept through to final product, and collaborate closely with other departments to bring fresh, high-quality designs to market.\n Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research products across all categories of RTW, Denim, Accessories, Swim.</li><li>Support in the creation of seasonal mood boards with concept, colour, pattern, key items and trends.</li><li>Participate in the development of the seasonal colour palette with focus on past sales, market research and industry forecasting.</li><li>Manage print development through collaboration with international print houses and graphic designers.</li><li>Ensure designs are in line with the merchandise assortment guidelines for style count and retail pricing.</li><li>Create and manage the linesheet development from style inception through production and final buys.</li><li>Build the collection through the creation of outfit boards, showcasing the flow of product and colour story by delivery.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>High level experience trend forecasting, along with knowledge of silhouettes, fabrications, construction techniques, fit and trim.</li><li>Effective communication skills – verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high paced work environment while remaining focused on the best product execution.</li><li>Passion for fashion, creativity, and trend forecasting.</li></ul> \nPlease note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
