We are scaling rapidly across EMEA, US and APAC, and seeking a senior partnerships leader to expand our ecosystem of hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, and enterprise channels.</p><p><br></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>We are hiring a <b>Sr. Manager/Director of Partnership Strategy &amp; Enablement</b> (title based on experience) to own and scale Rezolve Ai’s strategic partner ecosystem globally. This leader will drive revenue through hyperscaler co-sell motions, build deep relationships with Microsoft, Google, Accenture, Shopify and other partners and accelerate adoption of Rezolve Ai’s commerce-tuned LLMs and solutions across enterprise retail, CPG, hospitality, marketplaces, and commerce tech platforms.</p><p>You will be responsible for pipeline generation, partner-sourced revenue, co-marketing execution, GTM strategy, and joint field enablement. This is a high-impact, externally facing role reporting to the <b>SVP of Partnerships and Ecosystem</b> and working closely with the CRO, CPO, CTO and regional sales leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Strategic Partnerships &amp; Ecosystem Development</b></p><p>Own and expand Rezolve Ai’s partnerships across hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs and major technology ecosystems.</p><p>Drive and operationalize joint GTM initiatives, co-marketing plans, activation calendars, field enablement, and marketplace growth.</p><p>Build and maintain a robust ecosystem of reseller, implementation, and solution partners to accelerate adoption of Rezolve Ai solutions.</p><p><b>Revenue &amp; Co-Sell Acceleration</b></p><p>Deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets across enterprise retail, CPG and hospitality sectors.</p><p>Drive cloud consumption tied to Rezolve Ai deployments in alignment with partner incentive programs and marketplace strategies.</p><p>Build structured “plays” for field teams: solution briefs, pitch decks, demo flows, incentives, and pipeline acceleration motions.</p><p><b>Enterprise Collaboration</b></p><p>Partner with Sales, Product, GTM, and Customer teams to align partner solutions with customer needs.</p><p>Support large enterprise deals by positioning partner value and accelerating multi-party commercial alignment.</p><p>Develop scalable partner onboarding, certification, and enablement processes.</p><p><b>Operational Excellence</b></p><p>Track performance metrics, forecast partner contributions, and report to senior leadership.</p><p>Negotiate, review, and maintain partner agreements, including co-sell program compliance and marketplace requirements.</p><p>Represent Rezolve Ai at industry events, partner conferences, and C-suite engagements.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Experience</b></p><p><b>10+ years</b> in partnerships, management consulting, business development, alliances or channel leadership roles in SaaS, AI, cloud or enterprise tech.</p><p>Proven track record driving hyperscaler, GSI and/or ISV partnerships and enterprise co-sell programs.</p><p>Deep experience working with GSIs such as Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, or major ISVs in retail/commerce technology.</p><p>Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, consumption models, and partner incentive structures.</p><p>Experience with enterprise retail, ecommerce, consumer brands, or AI/ML solutions strongly preferred.</p><p>Exceptional relationship builder with an executive presence, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><p>A builder who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.</p><p>Someone who can operate strategically while diving deep tactically when needed.</p><p>A relationship-first leader who understands how to unlock value for partners and customers.</p><p>A self-starter with strong commercial instincts and a passion for AI’s impact on commerce.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><p>Competitive compensation package + equity participation.</p><p>Opportunity to shape the partner ecosystem of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in AI-led commerce.</p><p>Direct exposure to global enterprise customers, hyperscaler leadership teams, and top-tier GSIs.</p><p>Hybrid working environment with flexibility and high ownership.</p><p>A mission-driven team backed by top investors and operating at the forefront of retail transformation.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><p></p>\n
