Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.    Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to join our team at our luxury association, Travis Ranch, located in Forney, Texas.   Job Summary The Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community’s aesthetic standards and governing documents by conducting regular patrols of the community using a personal vehicle to identify and document potential violations of the association's CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations. This role plays a key part in upholding the quality, safety, and overall appearance of the community. The ideal candidate is observant, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with residents in a courteous and professional manner.   Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with at least 1 shift from 11am-7pm. Some weekend and evening coverage as needed.   Compensation: $23-$26 per hour + monthly auto stipend.  \n Key Responsibilities<ul> <li>Conduct regular patrols of the community using a personal vehicle to identify and document potential violations of the association’s CC&Rs, Rules, and Regulations.</li> <li>Capture and upload clear, detailed photos and notes of each violation using the association’s compliance software.</li> <li>Issue courtesy notices, violation letters, and follow-up communications in accordance with association policy and timelines.</li> <li>Track and manage open violations through resolution, maintaining accurate and organized records.</li> <li>Communicate with residents in a professional and respectful manner when addressing compliance matters.</li> <li>Prepare compliance reports for management and board meetings as requested.</li> <li>Collaborate with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Administrative staff to ensure consistent enforcement and timely follow-up.</li> <li>Attend board or committee meetings as needed to provide compliance updates or clarification.</li> <li>Assist with other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.</li> </ul> Required Skills / Abilities <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening</li> <li>Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>At least 6 months of customer service experience.
