This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong style="font-size: 16px;">Compensation:</strong> $30.00- $32.00 Per Hour <em style="font-size: 16px;">(Depending on Experience)</em> + $500 Monthly Commuter Benefit</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday- Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM + Monthly Thursday's; 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM + Occasional Weekend Nights For Community Events</span></p> <p></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>How You'll Make an Impact (Job Responsibilities): </b><div> <ul> <li><strong>Administrative Support</strong>&nbsp;- Manage daily office operations, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and prepare reports.</li> <li><strong>Resident Services</strong> -&nbsp;Assist residents with inquiries, process payments, and coordinate move-ins/move outs.</li> <li><strong>Architectural Review</strong> -&nbsp;Support the architectural review process, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.</li> <li><strong>Financial Management</strong>-&nbsp;Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining records.</li> <li><strong>General Support</strong>- Perform various tasks as assigned, such as coordinating meetings, preparing communications, and managing vendor relationships.</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Required Skills / Abilities: </b><div> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. College education is preferred.</li> <li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.&nbsp;</li> <li>At least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
