The team is making plans and strategies for the channel, based on various quantitative and qualitative inputs. The team is also responsible for driving channel GRPs and market share using data, competition tracking and analysis.  They drive the market data to create a well-balanced schedule of original shows and special programming. This team collaborates closely with programming, Fiction and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
