The team partners with national and regional brands leverage these IPs into influencer marketing campaigns, delivering impactful brand narratives and measurable business outcomes. Working cross-functionally with content, marketing, and sales units, the team develops innovative partnership models that enhance brand engagement and IP value playing a critical role in maximizing the commercial potential and visibility of the company’s creative assets.</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul> <li>Develop annual and quarterly strategic account plans per regional brand, with clear revenue, margin, and penetration targets by category and campaign type</li> <li>Identify, build, and pitch scalable influencer “packages” (e.g., cross‑platform creator bundles, category solutions, seasonal IPs) mapped to brand/category growth priorities.</li> <li>Translate client brand/category strategies into influencer marketing roadmaps (e.g., launch, consideration, advocacy, social commerce) for each regional brand</li> <li>Work with internal influencer / creator teams to curate the right mix of macro, micro, and nano creators by category, audience, region, and platform for regional deals</li> <li>Lead commercial and legal negotiations with regional brands, including scope, rate cards, package pricing, SLAs, usage rights, exclusivities, and cancellation terms.</li> <li>Futuristic agenda to be able to tap in Adex to JHS &amp; JS products.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Skills &amp; Attributes for success:</b><ul> <li>Strong client relationship &amp; negotiation expertise - established relationship with LCS &amp; MM regional brands, prior hand on experience in agency or media sales, with strong understanding of how brands &amp; agencies operate in respective markets</li> <li>Expertise in Digital metrics &amp; campaign execution - experience in planning, executing &amp; optimising digital advertising or branded content campaigns for clients</li> <li>Understanding of&nbsp; IM domain - fair understanding of IM principles incl. creator discovery, pricing models, content planning, campaign execution &amp; measurement</li> <li>Strong sales planning &amp; revenue achieving abilities.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Preferred Education &amp; Experience:</b><ul> <li>Master’s in business administration with 8-10 years of work experience in related field</li> <li>Strong experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships in Media Industry</li> <li>Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<p><em style="font-size: 11pt;"><strong>About Us&nbsp;:</strong></em></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Perched firmly at the nucleus of spellbinding content and innovative technology, JioStar is a leading global media &amp; entertainment company that is reimagining the way audiences consume entertainment and sports.
