You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of high-traffic areas such as bathrooms, hallways, restaurants, and fitness centers. With your attention to detail and positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming environment that guests will love to return to.</li> </ul> Primary Duties & Responsibilities<ul> <li>Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tiles, shower walls, curtains, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures.</li> <li>Sweep and mop floors in public areas, including restaurants, hallways, and staircases.</li> <li>Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays.</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and bar floors.</li> <li>Clean windows inside and out, including windowsills, walls, and light switches.</li> <li>Vacuum hallways and stairs.</li> <li>Dust furniture and fixtures.</li> <li>Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.</li> <li>Restock towels, washcloths, soap, paper towels, and other amenities as needed.</li> <li>Wash, dry, and fold laundry.</li> <li>Clean and maintain the fitness center.</li> <li>Ensure cleanliness of the tennis center.</li> <li>Maintain all public restrooms across the resort.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> Qualifications<ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li> <li>At least 1 year of relevant custodial experience.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties under pressure, and work with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.</li> <li>Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance in all situations.</li> <li>Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.</li> </ul> Physical Requirements<ul> <li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English and visually inspect work areas.</li> <li>Stamina to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for up to 5 hours.</li> <li>Ability to operate vehicles and equipment for extended periods.</li> <li>Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs consistently.</li> </ul> Working Conditions<ul> <li>Work hours may vary, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends with two weekdays off.
