Job Summary The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in conducting implementation activities and executing Nextech’s standard implementation methodology across its suite of solutions. Onsite super-user training, go-live support and post-go-live optimization. This includes but is not limited to remote training calls, super user training, go-live support, and post go-live optimization. Responsibilities include issue investigation, creative problem solving, and training clients as well as internal staff as needed. 75%+ long-distance or air travel required to and from customer locations. All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate. \n Essential Functions<div> <div>Client Training:</div> <ul> <li>Conduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events, following Nextech’s standard implementation methodology.</li> <li>Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis guided by industry best practices.</li> <li>Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on the proper use of software applications.</li> <li>Train staff in individual and group settings, employing diverse teaching strategies to maximize effectiveness.</li> <li>Complete administrative tasks to update customers, Project Managers and Department Managers on implementation progress.</li> <li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.</li> </ul> <div>Issue Resolution and Optimization:</div> <ul> <li>Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and go-live.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization post-go-live.</li> </ul> <div>Collaboration:</div> <ul> <li>Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with client needs.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.</li> </ul> <div>Travel:</div> <ul> <li>75%+ long-distance or air travel required.</li> <li>Travel to and from customer locations.</li> </ul> </div> Minimum Requirements<div> <ul> <li>Ability to travel 75%+ long-distance or air travel</li> <li>3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically software implementation</li> <li>Ability to cultivate strong relationships & influence behavior</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Excellent time management and organization skills</li> <li>Proven ability to solve problems creatively.</li> <li>Knowledge of or applicable experience with NexCloud or Nextech Select</li> </ul> </div> Preferred Qualifications<div> <ul> <li>Ability to travel 75%+ long-distance or air travel</li> <li>3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically software implementation</li> <li>Ability to cultivate strong relationships & influence behavior</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Excellent time management and organization skills</li> <li>Proven ability to solve problems creatively.</li> <li>Knowledge of or applicable experience with NexCloud or Nextech Select</li> </ul> </div> Working Environment/Physical Demands<div> <div> <ul> <li>This role is open in all states within the United States except for: California, New York, Washington and Colorado.</li> <li>Work occurs at customer locations, typically well-lit and air-conditioned offices, with moderate noise levels.
