This is achieved by delivering analysis, running financial models, and creating reporting tools.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">We help steer the company’s strategy broadly, in particular by supporting the Business, Product, Marketing and Sustainability departments.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Your role as an intern will be to deliver strategic analyses and reporting tools to help the teams improve both performance and user experience.</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Your responsibilities</b><ul> <li>Build a strong understanding of the key levers impacting our carpool, train &amp; bus performance through internal analysis and market benchmarking</li> <li>Formulate data-driven recommendations to improve operations and feed strategy</li> <li>Build trustful relationships with Business, Product and Marketing teams to identify their needs, challenges and uncover opportunities</li> <li>Improve our current reporting framework and deliver reports using Tableau software</li> <li>Contribute to our ESG strategy by developing analytical tools for the Sustainability Manager</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Your qualifications</b><ul> <li>You are currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School seeking a 6-month internship starting July 2026</li> <li>1 to 2 previous internship experiences in consulting, finance, business intelligence or other relevant analytical position</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, you love numbers and like to think “outside the box”</li> <li>Excellent communication skills: ability/experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly</li> <li>Solid knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation programs (e.g. Google Slides)</li> <li>Thorough attention to details</li> <li>Full working proficiency in English, knowledge of French is nice to have</li> <li>Fit with our <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://jobs.blablacar.com/working-at-blablacar" class="postings-link">BlaBlaPrinciples</a></li> <li>Nice to have: proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau) and SQL (or eager to learn)&nbsp;</li> <li>Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory.
