The Support & Knowledge Transfer Specialist provides operational system support, develops high-quality documentation, and delivers knowledge transfer activities to ensure system sustainability, user capability uplift, and continuity of service. This is a 12 month contract role. What you'll do: Provide day-to-day support for users, including troubleshooting issues and managing support requests Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams where required Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and instructional content (written and video) Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to internal staff and stakeholders Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation within designated document management systems Support onboarding of new users through structured training and support materials Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge management practices Ensure knowledge is effectively captured and shared to reduce key-person dependency What you'll bring: Experience providing application or system support within enterprise environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Proven experience developing training materials and delivering knowledge transfer Strong documentation skills with attention to detail Experience with document or records management systems (desirable) Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
