This role is key to ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across HR functions. Acting as a strategic link between HR, Finance, and IT, you will enable accurate reporting, effective system use, and continuous process improvement to support the organization’s workforce and business goals As an HR Rewards and Analytics Senior Specialist , you will: Contribute to the evolution of the Total Rewards framework, supporting initiatives that enhance competitiveness and employee engagement; Lead people analytics initiatives and develop dashboards that deliver actionable workforce insights; Provide regular HR reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and performance indicators; Partner with business leaders to define HR KPIs and translate analytics into strategic recommendations; Manage and monitor the HR budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and alignment with Finance; Oversee HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and continuous improvement; Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement new functionalities and optimize existing tools; Drive process automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality; Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and all internal policies, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. To be considered, you must have: BSc/MSc in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Rewards, people analytics and/or HR systems; Strong understanding of HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar); Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent); Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and budgeting; Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English; Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management abilities; Analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR and market data into actionable business insights; Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented, with a positive “can-do” approach.
