What Your Day Will Look Like Business Leadership Oversee day-to-day operations and strategy of Sadie Enterprise within Fluent's AI portfolio Develop and execute a growth-focused roadmap tailored to large, complex enterprise clients Translate vision into action—own P&L, go-to-market strategy, and org design Operational Excellence Design scalable workflows for enterprise onboarding, support, and internal systems Define and monitor KPIs across key functions for performance optimization Systematize repeatable processes while maintaining startup agility AI Product & Technology Leadership Leverage and help evolve Sadie's internally built AI voice technology for enterprise use cases Rapidly validate ideas—ideally capable of leading or overseeing a PoC in weeks Collaborate with AI engineers and enterprise users to shape impactful, scalable solutions Drive commercialization of AI voice technology in real-world enterprise environments Team Building & Execution Hire, lead, and inspire a team that shares your passion for execution and innovation Cultivate a culture of ownership, learning, and speed Build the foundation of a scalable enterprise business—lean, fast, and bold Customer & Market Insights Run customer discovery with enterprise stakeholders to inform product and business direction Monitor market trends and the competitive enterprise AI landscape to stay ahead of the curve About You You're entrepreneurial at your core—you've built, sold, or scaled something from zero to one (or one to ten) You understand the nuances of selling into and serving large, complex organizations You're hungry, young-at-heart, and thrive on ownership and autonomy You may have a background in top-tier consulting, enterprise SaaS, or founder-led ventures You execute fast—done is better than perfect You see ambiguity as fuel—not a blocker You have a real passion for AI and its commercial applications in the enterprise You don't need hand-holding—you lead the charge and make things happen Qualifications Entrepreneurial or startup background highly preferred Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder environments Deep curiosity or working knowledge of AI/ML technologies, particularly voice or conversational AI Proven leadership in a high-growth or early-stage environment Bachelor's degree in Business, AI, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Legally authorized to work in Canada Fluent in English (written and spoken) Why Join Us?
