Reporting to the Head of Operations, this remote role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape a key area of the business, making a significant impact on its success.   Key Responsibilities ·       Collaborate with the existing Training & Consultancy Manager and the wider professional services team on customer and internal projects ·       Deliver high quality training on our software products ·       Support the professional services function in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue results ·       Generate leads for professional services (from existing customers), nurture and close sales ·       Collaborate with other departments to align professional services with product offerings and customer needs.  ·       Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of customers and/or market.  ·       Align with KPI’s set for the Professional Services team and actively contribute to meeting targets.   Experience and Skills ·       Experience working in a training or professional services team ·       Proven software training experience within a SaaS or technology environment ·       A strong track record of executing strategies that drive revenue growth.  ·       Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet and exceed deadlines. ·       The ability to work autonomously on own initiative.  ·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.  ·       Experience in and knowledge of the Housing industry is a plus ·       Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.  #SheltonDevelopmentServices
