Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.). Experience handling high-volume recruitment or specialized healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, therapists, medical staff). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, remote environment. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
