As Nurse Manager you will provide leadership to the nursing team in the delivery of high quality, evidence based, person-centred care. You will be an RGN/RMN with significant nursing experience in a clinical or care environment supporting older people Have a high standard of practice and the ability to lead a team with the right skill mix to deliver high quality care across the whole village Be actively involved in developing and trialling innovative concepts, models, methods and practices which provide new and improved care services to meet the changing needs of the Belong community Be a visible, positive and proactive role model for excellent person centred support and practice development for the nursing team
