Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and has a strong track record of optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, and others). Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization to improve performance. Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates. Minimum 3+ years of experience in media buying or paid advertising. Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.). Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
