Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take ownership of the full sales pipeline, from outbound prospecting to closing high-ticket deals. This is a revenue-driven role, ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in high-performance environments and is motivated by directly impacting revenue growth. This is not a traditional SDR role focused solely on booking meetings, you will be expected to drive deals forward and contribute to closing. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn Conduct discovery calls and identify client pain points Present and position AI automation solutions effectively Handle objections confidently and move prospects through the sales funnel Close high-ticket deals and contribute directly to revenue targets Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking within CRM systems Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for prospecting Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and messaging Minimum 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable) Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end Strong track record of closing high-value deals Excellent cold calling, discovery, and objection-handling skills Experience selling services (preferably in tech, AI, or automation) Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred) Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and/or ZoomInfo Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a revenue-first environment
