Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance Oversee employee relations , including conflict resolution and performance support Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and documentation Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes Track employee performance and contribute to HR reporting and KPIs Ensure compliance with local employment laws Assist in building a high-performance, growth-oriented culture Minimum 2+ years of HR experience (essential) Previous experience in education, EdTech, or consultancy environments (highly preferred) Strong understanding of payroll systems and employee relations Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage) Familiarity with CRM/HR tools such as Go High Level (preferred but not required) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote team
