Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Account Executive (remote sales job) with strong B2B full-sales cycle experience and experience in marketing, lead generation, and ROAS-driven campaigns. This role is ideal for a high-performing closer who understands both sales and performance marketing, and can confidently sell solutions tied to ROI, CAC, LTV, and funnel optimization. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and inbound channels Present and sell solutions tied to lead generation, paid media, and ROAS optimization Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales messaging with campaign performance and funnel metrics Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, KPIs, and marketing challenges Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and deal velocity Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with decision-makers Continuously refine sales strategies based on campaign performance insights 4+ years of experience in Account Executive or closing roles (B2B preferred) Proven experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or performance-driven solutions Strong understanding of lead generation, paid ads, funnels, and ROAS Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to translate marketing metrics into business value and ROI conversations Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, high-performance environment
