Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects daily Introduce products or services and spark interest with potential clients Qualify leads based on defined criteria and book appointments or demos Follow call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and value propositions Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and feedback in CRM systems Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and meetings booked 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales Fluent in spoken and written English Comfortable making 80–100+ calls per day Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills Familiarity with CRMs and dialing tools like Aircall, JustCall, or CloudTalk Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and discipline Ability to work during UK or US time zones
