This is a high-impact, performance-driven remote role focused exclusively on Meta and TikTok Ads (not Google). You’ll own client accounts end-to-end, from strategic planning and campaign execution to creative testing and performance analysis, with a core KPI of maintaining client churn below 12% per quarter . This role is ideal for experienced performance marketers who thrive in data-driven environments and want to build creative-led paid growth systems rather than simply “run ads.” Key Responsibilities Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager Develop hypothesis-driven testing frameworks based on ad account signals Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and scale UGC and static creatives Optimize campaign structures, budgets, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and CPA Analyze performance data using tools such as Triple Whale and Northbeam Maintain strong client communication and protect overall client experience Ensure account performance supports the KPI of keeping churn below 12% per quarter Document strategies, learnings, and SOPs using Notion Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance workflow efficiency 4+ years of experience with Paid Social Media (Meta Ads & TikTok Ads) Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands Managed at least €200,000+ in ad spend within the past 12 months Strong hands-on expertise with: Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager Attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam preferred) Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance analysis Strong verbal communication skills (client-facing experience required) Comfortable working CET hours
