As we continue expanding across international markets, we’re looking for a versatile marketing professional to support regional growth and execution. Role Purpose We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing initiatives across Rapsodo’s International Markets. This is a hands-on, generalist role that spans campaign execution, content coordination, creative support, and operational marketing. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life, ensure smooth coordination across projects, and contribute to building Rapsodo’s presence across the globe. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Coordination Support end-to-end execution of regional marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch smoothly Assist in adapting and localizing global campaigns for regional markets Content & Creative Support Collaborate on the development of marketing content including social media, email, and promotional materials Brief and coordinate with designers or external vendors when needed Assist with light content creation (copywriting, captions, basic visuals using tools like Canva) Events & Activations Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and grassroots activations Manage logistics, vendors, and on-ground coordination where required Assist in post-event reporting and follow-ups Partnerships & Community Help coordinate influencer, ambassador, and partner initiatives Support outreach, communication, and content collaboration Marketing Operations & Reporting Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and asset libraries Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling reports Conduct basic market and competitor research Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with global marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and execution Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Marketing Manager across multiple initiatives Role Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience in a generalist or execution-focused role Malaysia Citizen/PR Strong organizational and project coordination skills Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Good understanding of digital marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus) Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Familiarity with basic design tools What We’re Looking For A “doer” who can execute Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working across different types of marketing work (campaigns, content, events, ops) Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Team player with a collaborative mindset Interest in sports, technology, or performance analytics is a plus
