GoMining is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Finance team and support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with solid financial understanding and can work confidently in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy fintech / crypto environment. Responsibilities: Analyze financial data including revenue streams, cost structures, margins, and unit economics. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Automate recurring financial reports and reporting pipelines. Ensure data consistency between finance, product, and operational systems. Prepare structured presentations and analytical summaries for CFO and executive team. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics. Experience as an analyst in FinTech / Financial Services / Crypto / Payments Experience in crypto / digital assets / Web3 Understanding of financial products: payments, lending, crypto-assets, brokerage Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries). Proficiency with BI tools: Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI. Ability to work with large datasets, clean data, and identify statistical patterns. Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics (LTV, Churn, Retention). Understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion metrics). Skills in forecasting and building predictive or statistical models. English level B2/C1 — able to communicate clearly in international teams.
