Locations: Tamil Nadu – Madurai, Salem, Trichy Engagement Model: Part-time role (4 hours per day) Flexible working model (clinic-based) Key Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric consultations to patients across sexual and mental health concerns Diagnose and manage mental health conditions Work closely with internal medical teams to ensure holistic patient care Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols Deliver patient-centric, non-judgmental, and confidential care Requirements: MD in Psychiatry (mandatory) 2–6 years of experience post MD Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling sexual health-related cases Open to part-time / flexible work model Preferred: Prior OPD / clinic experience Exposure to counseling or therapy-based care Comfortable working in a startup environment  Why Join Us?
