Excellent coordination, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. High comprehension and problem-solving ability — can anticipate issues and act before they happen. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Calm under pressure, professional, and consistent in communication. Experience working with U.S. or international teams preferred. KPIs / Success Metrics 95%+ on-time project progression across all stages. Zero idle projects in pipeline beyond SLA. Accurate CRM documentation for 100% of assigned projects. Timely escalation and resolution of blockers. Improved project completion timelines and reduced bottlenecks.
