Responsibilities Execute daily website updates including product pages, landing pages, pricing, and promotions Ensure all site content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards Monitor website performance and troubleshoot or escalate issues promptly Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to launch campaigns and promotions Implement discounts, bundles, product drops, and seasonal updates on time Verify all promotional details before and during campaign launches Own day-to-day ecommerce execution, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently Track, manage, and follow through on tasks across multiple teams Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve issues Act as the first line of defense for urgent site issues or fixes Maintain high responsiveness during campaigns, launches, and critical periods Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted customer experience Ideally, 5–10 years of total work experience in a fast-paced, unstructured environment DTC e-commerce operations with physical products is required 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or business operations Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred) Solid understanding of end-to-end DTC operations Strong attention to detail with a hands-on execution mindset Ability to coordinate effectively across marketing, creative, and operations teams Highly responsive, reliable, and able to work under pressure during launches Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Flexible availability during key campaigns or urgent situations
