This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in Latin America or the Philippines. You will be responsible for keeping the influencer pipeline running smoothly—sourcing creators, preparing contracts, shipping product, onboarding partners for whitelisting, and maintaining accurate records across all active partnerships. Responsibilities Creator & Affiliate Sourcing: Use AI-powered tools and manual research to identify and vet quality creators and affiliates who align with the brand’s performance and aesthetic standards. Contract Preparation: Fill in contract details (whitelisting duration, cost breakdowns, deliverables) using established templates provided by the Director of Influencers. Ensure all agreements are complete and accurate before being sent for review. Product Fulfillment: Coordinate and ship product to creators in a timely manner, tracking shipments and confirming delivery. Whitelisting Onboarding: Guide creators through the whitelisting setup process, including Meta Business Manager access, partnership ad codes, TikTok Spark Ads authorization, and any required platform permissions. Creator Database Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all active and prospective creators in Monday.com, including contract status, content deliverables, shipping details, and whitelisting status. Communication & Follow-Up: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for creators, handling scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups to keep partnerships on track. 2 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, DTC operations, or a related field. Familiarity with influencer whitelisting workflows across Meta (Business Manager, partnership ads) and TikTok (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop affiliates). Experience using project management tools (Monday.com preferred) to track workflows and maintain organized records. Strong written communication skills in English; comfortable corresponding with US-based creators and internal team members. Comfortable working with AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and workflow automation. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple creators and timelines simultaneously. Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment and proactively flag issues before they escalate. Based in Latin America or the Philippines with the ability to work US Pacific Time business hours.
