This role sits at the centre of product data, pricing, inventory accuracy, order lifecycle management, and retailer SLAs. You will be the single point of accountability for ensuring listings are correct, orders flow smoothly, issues are caught early, and marketplaces remain compliant and profitable. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all Mirakl-related activities across marketplace partners Own product catalog accuracy end-to-end, ensuring 100% correctness across pricing, inventory, and product information Prepare and complete Excel/Google Sheets in varying retailer-specific formats using Shopify and Airtable master data Work with large data exports to identify discrepancies, perform bulk product updates, and flag systemic issues Manage marketplace pricing, promotions, deals, and coupons Coordinate with feed management providers to ensure accurate data mapping and inventory synchronization Monitor all retailer dashboards daily to ensure SLA compliance and operational health Manage orders and returns end-to-end, including: Issuing return labels Updating Shopify inventory using warehouse check-in sheets Disputing denied returns to secure reimbursements Tracking return windows to recoup refunds and credits Communicate with retailers and customers, maintaining response times within 24–48 hours Coordinate closely with warehouse and customer support teams via Slack to resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve listing errors before they impact performance or compliance Requirements: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Mirakl, and Mirakl Connect Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including working with large data sets (1,000+ SKUs) Prior experience supporting or managing marketplace operations High attention to detail and comfort in owning operational processes end-to-end
