Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Applovin Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid user acquisition campaigns via Applovin’s advertising network. This role requires an analytical mindset, a deep understanding of mobile ad buying, and a strong grasp of creative optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities -Plan, execute, and manage high-performance mobile advertising campaigns through the Applovin platform. -Optimize campaign performance toward KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and install rate. -Analyze user acquisition data to identify trends and opportunities for scale. -Collaborate with creative teams to produce and test high-performing ad creatives. -Conduct A/B testing on targeting, creatives, and placements. -Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders. -Maintain a strong understanding of mobile ad industry trends, policies, and best practices. -Coordinate with analytics and product teams to refine post-install event tracking and LTV metrics. -Manage budgets effectively to maximize returns while controlling spend. -2+ years of hands-on experience managing Applovin campaigns (UA and/or retargeting). -Proven track record of success in mobile user acquisition with ROAS-positive results. -Deep understanding of mobile performance marketing metrics and attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust). -Experience in working with high-volume media buying accounts ($50K+/mo preferred). -Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools. -Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Experience with other mobile ad networks (e.g., Unity Ads, TikTok, Meta, Google UAC) is a plus.
