Identify and vet suppliers that align with our product vision, focusing on quality and scalability. Conduct intro calls with suppliers, communicate detailed product specifications, and assess sample quality. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best deals without compromising quality. Propose final supplier and product selection for approval before placing purchase orders (POs). Ensure on-time delivery of samples and production orders to maintain development timelines. Execution & Quality Assurance Manage the simultaneous development of 10+ products within a structured 3-month launch cycle. Ensure that each product meets our high-quality standards and is positioned to achieve 4.5+ star ratings on Amazon Oversee supplier performance to ensure consistent product quality, compliance, and efficiency. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Proven ability to negotiate pricing and supplier terms effectively. Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and ensure product specifications are met. Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset for quality control and supplier vetting. Experience working with Amazon/e-commerce supply chains is a plus.
