Drive omnichannel sales strategy across DACH & Eastern Europe with full P&L impact Build, develop and inspire a high-performing commercial team in an international matrix environment Accelerate your career in a fast-paced, FMCG-like organization combining organic growth and M&A What you’ll be doing Define and execute the commercial and sales strategy for Central Europe in close partnership with the Managing Director CE Define & drive our channel strategy, also on the outlook of scalable business opportunities outside our current Karo universe, landscape Lead and evolve advanced Go-to-Market and omnichannel models across pharmacy, mass market, grocery and eCommerce Build strong, strategic relationships with key retail and pharmacy customers, creating best-in-class Joint Business Plans (JBP) Deliver sustainable growth across distribution, visibility, recommendation and innovation launches Own and deliver the regional P&L targets (Net Sales, Gross Profit, Trade Terms/RGM), driving profitable YoY growth Identify and activate new business development opportunities to strengthen Karo’s market position Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers and Trade Marketeers to consistently outperform targets Ensure commercial excellence, high ROI promotions and full compliance with regulatory standards MSc in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years’ experience in FMCG, consumer goods or blue-chip environments, ideally with exposure to pharmacy and/or mass market customers Ideally experienced in category development, trade marketing excellence by entering new categories and building category leads Proven experience building and leading Joint Business Plans in matrix organizations Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of P&L management, RGM, category drivers and sales fundamentals – especially in advanced customers such as drugstores and discounts Experience developing omnichannel strategies, including eCommerce Demonstrated people leadership experience, leading and developing high-performing teams Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills Fluent in German and confident in English Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth and transformation environments Winning mentality of Can Do, always on the hunt of new business opportunities
