Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment, with a focus on luxury service. Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing and developing teams. Experience in menu design and knowledge of current food and beverage trends. Excellent financial management skills and experience with budget forecasting. Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
