Right now, our People team is lean, and we need someone who can own the operational backbone of how employees join, get set up, and stay compliant. This role is critical to making sure nothing slips, from contracts and payroll to onboarding and government systems. This is not a strategy role. It’s a precision execution role. If things go wrong here, people don’t get paid on time, contracts are delayed, or onboarding becomes messy. If things go right, everything just works, seamlessly. You’ll be the person who makes that happen. What You’ll Do You’ll own the day-to-day operations that keep our People function running smoothly and reliably. Own onboarding execution end-to-end Make sure every new joiner is fully set up before day one, contracts ready, systems updated, no last-minute scrambling Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Ensure payroll runs smoothly and accurately Work closely with Finance to ensure payroll is always correct and on time Catch errors before they become problems Manage contracts and government platforms Prepare and upload contracts through government portals Keep all employee records clean, accurate, and up to date Ensure full compliance with local regulations Maintain clean and reliable systems Keep internal trackers, HR systems, and documentation organized and always up to date Spot inconsistencies and fix them before they escalate Support the team as we scale Help manage increasing hiring volume without compromising quality Be the reliable operator the team depends on when things get busy Who You Are This role is less about years of experience and more about how you work. You’re extremely organized You naturally stay on top of multiple moving parts, deadlines, and details, nothing gets missed. You take ownership of outcomes You don’t just complete tasks, you make sure the result is right. If something is off, you fix it. You communicate clearly and proactively You don’t wait for problems to escalate. You keep stakeholders informed and aligned. You’re reliable under pressure When things get busy (and they will), you stay calm and get things done. You’re detail-obsessed You notice when something doesn’t look right, whether it’s a contract, a payroll number, or a system entry. You’re easy to work with You’ll work across teams daily, being approachable and collaborative matters. What You’ll Need 1-2 years of experience in HR / People Operations / Administration Exposure to: Contracts and onboarding Payroll support Employee documentation Strong written and verbal English communication Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets and internal systems Saudi national (required) Nice to have: Experience working with government portals or HR systems Familiarity with compliance or labor processes What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) New hires are fully onboarded without delays or issues Payroll runs accurately and on time Contracts are prepared ahead of joining, not after Internal systems and trackers are clean and reliable You’ve built strong working relationships across People, Finance, and TA What the Hiring Process Will Look Like Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition Interview with People team Final conversation with leadership This role isn’t about big ideas, it’s about consistent, high-quality execution.
