Our Out Of Home Team is growing! Due to an increase in business, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team, in Kirkham, Preston. Who we are: Kepak is a leading food manufacturer, offering a portfolio of high-quality, innovative food solutions. Our products are widely distributed through Out of Home (OOH) and Food to Go (FTG) channels, reaching key end-users across the foodservice industry. We work closely with distributors such as BidFood and Brakes to drive product sales and growth in these markets. Your Mission: Your primary responsibility is to grow and strengthen existing partnerships while developing new business opportunities. You will shape and execute the strategic implementation of the commercial plan by establishing and proactively managing relationships at multiple levels. You will support these accounts through onboarding and rollout processes, continuously looking for ways to strengthen and grow relationships. Reporting to the SNAM/NAM, you will collaborate with other stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities: Proactive Business Development and Relationship Building: Independently reaching out to potential customers, gaining meetings, and building rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers. Research: Independently searching for new opportunities, mapping stakeholders, and understanding their decision-making processes. Account Management: Managing your own portfolio of key end-user accounts, ensuring strong relationships and meeting business KPIs. Account Growth: Developing strategies to expand existing accounts and increase brand distribution. Pitching: Creating and delivering high-quality, professional presentations to potential partners. Planning and Forecasting: Building reports to track performance, identifying trends, and creating financial projections. 1–2 years of commercial and networking experience in foodservice or food manufacturing. Based in the UK with the ability to travel regularly. Full UK driving license. A self-starter with strong business development and sales skills. Excellent relationship-building abilities, negotiation skills, and the confidence to network with new and existing contacts. Ability to lead pitches and high-impact presentations. Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret category and financial insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. An adaptable nature with a results-driven mindset.
