We are looking for a Planned Maintenance System (PMS) Engineer to join our Production Planning Team. The position has been created to strengthen the department’s capacity and operational efficiency due to the continuously increasing workload, within a modern and technologically advanced environment operating in the offshore construction industry. The successful candidate will become a member of the team responsible for creating PMS databases for technical equipment based on the EBS system. The position is addressed to candidates with a technical background who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in the field of computerized maintenance systems (preferably PMS). The role involves participation in the development of maintenance programs based on operating hours, working closely with engineering and technical teams, and preparing and documenting all planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Over time, and depending on experience, performance, and familiarization with the company’s equipment and procedures, the role holder will have the opportunity to participate more actively in equipment maintenance projects and take on increased responsibilities within the overall operation of the team. At the same time, the company provides structured training and opportunities for gradual professional development. Responsibilities Create, update, and control PMS databases for technical equipment Update and amend the system database as required (machinery particulars, locations, maintenance plans, job codes) Enter and update equipment data (machinery, locations, maintenance plans, job codes) Correct and consolidate database content and maintain lifecycle records for each piece of equipment Ensure completeness and consistency of PMS data and maintain equipment maintenance history Support the preparation and documentation of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks Monitor maintenance schedules and report deviations Create and modify PMS work procedures as required; prepare and document planned and unplanned maintenance tasks Monitor PMS work schedules and amend them as required; define and schedule tasks based on counters, calendar, and condition Liaise closely with the system project manager, engineering team, and technical team; maintain central task lists for onboard engineers Collect and perform basic analysis of PMS data and reports Responsible for the entry of instruments and certificates 1–3 years of experience in computerized maintenance systems (PMS) or a related technical environment Degree from a Higher Education Institution or Technical Institute in mechanical, electrical, or a related technical field Knowledge of SAP and willingness to be trained in ERP systems Strong technical background Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team   Preferred Qualifications Experience in a maritime or industrial environment Knowledge of databases or maintenance management systems Knowledge of additional foreign languages
