Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred. Understanding of database structures, data governance, and system processes. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas. Familiarity with SQL, Python, SuiteAnalytics, or similar reporting tools is a strong plus. Basic understanding of software integrations, APIs, and CSV data transfers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and manage stakeholder expectations. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive, investigative approach to resolving issues. Coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking internal teams, vendors, or external partners as needed.
