The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma business development—especially in biosimilars and biologics—proven negotiation skills, and the ability to build impactful relationships in different markets. Advanced scientific and business qualifications are required.   Key Responsibilities: •  Identify and evaluate in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities with Chinese pharmaceutical and biotech companies, with a focus on biosimilars , New Chemical Entities and New Biological Entities. •  Lead negotiations and structure strategic deals that align with EVA Pharma’s global growth objectives and regulatory requirements in China. •  Build and nurture strong relationships with key Chinese stakeholders, including regulators, manufacturers, and commercial partners. •  Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitive dynamics in China to guide portfolio strategy and business development decisions in the important markets for Eva Pharma   Education Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field. MBA or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or International Trade (preferably from a globally recognized institution). Experience 12–15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in business development or licensing roles. Proven track record of closing licensing deals, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships — especially with Chinese pharma or biotech firms. Experience working with biosimilars, biologics, NCEs or specialty generics is essential.
