Adhere to quality assurance processes and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in testing procedures. Contribute to the overall improvement of the QA process by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the QA lead or management team. Desired Skills : Strong passion for gaming and a solid understanding of game mechanics and genres. Good knowledge of Smartphones such as iOS and Android. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with software testing principles and methodologies. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability to learn new concepts, tools, and technologies quickly Shifts : Must be flexible working in night shifts / weekend shifts. Willing to work overtime when requested (compensated as per policy). Interview Process : Communication screening round by TA Assessment round (Online tool) Operations rounds (at office) NHT (New Hire Training for 5 days and need to clear the certification) HR discussion. Offer release and Onboarding All the interview rounds will be conducted from Side office of Bangalore
