Responsibilities:  Own and execute real-time content creation for the CEO, capturing insights and day-to-day moments, and turning them into high-quality posts, videos, and thought leadership Build and scale the CEO’s online presence, using performance metrics and insights to continuously refine and improve content strategy Proactively identify compelling narratives and translate business activities, travel, and conversations into engaging content Partner closely with the CEO as a strategic operator, driving high-priority initiatives and ensuring strong execution and follow-through Lead business intelligence and reporting efforts, including tracking key metrics, building dashboards, and generating actionable insights Conduct analysis and synthesize complex information into clear recommendations that inform decision-making Own and drive select cross-functional projects from concept through execution Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach, visibility, and business impact Support conference strategy, external engagements, and relationship development Operate alongside the CEO across meetings, travel, and day-to-day activities as a seamless extension of their priorities Maintain flexibility to support occasional evenings and weekends as needed Travel with the CEO, approximately 50%, and be present in the New York office regularly Proven track record of creating content with measurable results, such as views, engagement, and follower growth, with an active portfolio or online presence required Demonstrated ability to translate ideas and real-world moments into engaging, high-quality content quickly Strong analytical and business intelligence skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, or building dashboards 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, strategy, business operations, or similar Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations Experience owning and driving projects or initiatives with measurable outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling ability Comfortable on camera and confident representing ideas publicly Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills High level of ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility environments Based in New York City, with the ability to be in-office frequently Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment  Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology What we offer: This is a hybrid, remote-and-in-person, full-time role with a competitive salary and health benefits.
