Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs in Jira, working closely with developers and TPMs to ensure timely resolution. Collaboration: Participate in Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups, providing clear updates on testing progress and blockers. Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of experience testing Salesforce platforms. Deep understanding of Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Workflows. Manual Testing: Expertise in functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Automation: Practical experience (or strong theoretical knowledge) with Playwright for web automation. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus. API Testing: Proficient in testing REST/SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or JMeter. Tools: Expert knowledge of Jira for test management and SOQL for database querying.
