Whether it’s a technical or non-technical role, you’ve built sourcing strategies from scratch, executed them with precision, and delivered strong candidates consistently. 🏢 You’ve worked in-house, at an agency, or in RPO, so you understand how sourcing fits into the bigger hiring picture. 🗂️ You’re confident using ATS tools and candidate databases, and you know how to keep things organised and moving fast. 🧪 You’re not afraid to try new sourcing methods or tools - even if they don’t always work.  💬 You care about building a great candidate experience from the very first message, and you communicate like a real person, not a template. 🧠 You think proactively, not just reactively.
