Use structural analysis software to model and design wood-frame structures. Manage project budget and timelines, identifying conflicts and making recommendations for corrective actions. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members. At least 4 years of experience in woodframe structural engineering in projects for the United States. Proficient iin California Building Codes. Proficient in Autocad and EnerCalc RISA3D nice to have Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects within given timelines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
