Capital Raising Support : Help prepare pitch decks, data rooms, and investor memos; respond to investor queries on underwriting assumptions; maintain databases of historical and pipeline deal metrics. 5–7+ years in real estate finance (development, acquisitions, underwriting, or private equity) Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets Proven track record underwriting value‑add, adaptive reuse, or infill housing projects Deep understanding of capital stacks, waterfalls, IRR modeling, and debt scenarios Ability to interpret deal docs, leases, zoning reports, and lender term sheets Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment Alignment with mission‑driven, affordable‑housing development
