Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in building envelope design and engineering, with a focus on curtain walls. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks and similar. Expert in Shop Drawing development and Fabrication Drawing Development. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to building envelope systems and curtain walls. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
