Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles. Experience working in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Experience working with remote teams and strong self-management skills. English fluency is required. Must have a stable internet connection and be available for flexible work hours.
